For one of our customers in the offshore-wind industry, we supplied these 4 beautiful white planetary winch drives, type WDA-16004-660,11R-ME200. The units will be used in hose reels, to spool and unspool hydraulic hoses. The gearboxes are equipped with a bevel input stage for electric motor size 200 and have a dynamic peak torque of almost 340kNm.

The units are supplied with electric brakes including hand-release which have a brake torque of 260Nm. In addition, the planetary winch gearboxes come with a 3.1 material certificates and are supplied in a white offshore coating.  

An industrial coupling can be used in numerous applications. Aandrijf Technisch Buro supplies various types of couplings which are often used between an electric motor and a gearbox. In industrial shaft couplings, a distinction is often made between flexible couplings, rigid couplings and also elastic couplings.

The pin couplings, gear couplings and disc couplings of Northon Trasmissioni are high-quality couplings, made of steel and entirely produced in Italy.  If necessary, they can be adapted to customer’s requirements.​

By using steel instead of cast iron, these couplings are very suitable for use at low temperatures and shock loads. The couplings are often supplied with an integrated brake disc or brake drum so a drum brake or disc brake can be used between the electric motor and gearbox.

When the distance between the two shafts to be coupled, is large and/or the angular misalignment between the shafts is large, a cardan shaft is the best solution. Aandrijf Technisch Buro supplies cardan shafts up to very large torques, with or without length compensation and, if required, supplies these with the corresponding counter flanges which are mounted on the shafts.

Depending on the application, angular or lateral misalignment, torsional stiffness, speed, torque to be transmitted, shock load, etc., Aandrijf Technisch Buro can advise you on choosing the correct coupling for your application.

A Setec screw jack, type SEL-25T-VT with a max. load of 25kN, stainless steel ACME screw and stainless steel clevis end.

The unit is combined with a TENV electric motor to continue work in wet conditions. The electric motor has windings and a terminal box that is completely filled with epoxy because of the environmental conditions.

This screw jack will be used in a conveyor belt in a pipe coating plant.
