Beginning of June we supplied a Dinamic Oil hydraulic winch, type NP10 directly from factory stock. It was equipped with a cable tensioner and lowering rope end micro switch. The hoisting winch has a capacity of 920 kg on the 3rd layer and can store 30 meters of Ø 8mm cable. At maximum, it can reach a hoisting speed of 19 meters/minute.
It is a nice compact hydraulic winch that can be used on various types of machines. In this case it will be applied on a mobile pilling machine.

Soon we will supply these 8 customized planetary gearboxes including hydraulic motors, valves, piping, oil filling and customer specific conservation. These Dinamic Oil planetary gearboxes are built with a larger output shaft then standard in its size, due to customer wishes to directly fit the sprocket.

The 2-stage gearboxes are supplied with a hydraulic brake and motor, counterbalance valve and piping. Despite the worldwide issues with delivery times, we were able to built these customized units in time and according to customer needs.

​The gearboxes will be mounted on spud poles of inland vessels. This is a steel, telescopic pole for quick and efficient mooring and is an alternative to a normal ship anchor.

The special stainless steel output shaft can be configured with two or three holes and is equipped with a reinforced output bearing. The reinforced output flange and shaft meets the CEMA Standard for Screw Conveyors for easy mounting directly on the screw conveyor. 

The YPF parallel shaft geared motor also features a double viton seal for better protection against dust and debris. It can be delivered with or without motor and with an output torque range from 200Nm up to 18.000Nm.

​A cardan shaft is a shaft with universal joints at the shaft ends. These joints are equipped with a joint cross with needle bearings, which give the shaft the possibility to transmit high torques under a relatively big angle. The universal joints are made of tempered steel and case-hardened steel which are connected by a calibrated precision steel tube which is welded between the joints. In many case the tube is supplied with a splined bushing which gives a length compensation between the two flanges. This length compensation often helps to install the shaft and when the shafts to be coupled can have some movement, like from a shaft mounted gearbox. 

​The flanges at the end of the cardan shaft are available in various sizes and versions, depending on size and customer needs. After welding the shafts will be dynamically balanced according to the speed on which they will be used. Note that a cardan shaft is never 100% aligned between both shaft ends, always have a little angle in the crosses.
