​This time our customer has been challenged to supply an electric driven spud pole which they normally supply with hydraulic motors and it was needed in very short time. Instead of 2 stage gearboxes with orbital motor, we built 4 stage planetary gearboxes with input for electric motor. Since the speed of the electric motor is way higher than an orbital motor, we needed a ratio almost 10 times bigger to reach the same output speed of the gearbox.

Aandrijf Technisch Buro supported this customer to select and engineer the right mechanical transmission for his application. Our warehouse is filled with sub-assemblies and semi-finished products, which makes us flexible and we can act quickly. In our own spray cabin, we are able to give it it’s final specific colour, depending on customer wishes. 

In this case we built a RE-314 with 0,55kW electric motor with special brake for outside use. A RE-3003 with brake, valve and 315cc hydraulic motor and two RE-1022 with brake, valve and 200cc hydraulic motor.
