We recently supplied these planetary 'rack and pinion' drives with bevel input stage and Rexroth hydraulic motor, type RA-3514-DBS1-M25Z12-155s-F506-CB + A2FM-63-020. The gearboxes are supplied with DNV Plan Approval and DNV Product Certificate as they are used as a vertical travel drive in an Access & Cargo Tower on an offshore vessel. The units are equipped with an integral output pinion M25Z12 which will be driven in a rack to create a vertical movement. The gearboxes are completely sandblasted and painted in a 3-layer epoxy coating according to customer requirements.

Sometimes we can help our European colleagues that sell Dinamic Oil in case of urgency. In this case we were able to assemble 3 planetary gearboxes from our own stock for our Danish colleagues. The gearboxes were picked-up within 3 working days after ordering. This concerned type RE-1023-TC-109,62-ME160. Nice to offer colleagues in mechanical transmissions a helping hand in this way.

​Recently we built these two planetary gearboxes type RE-512-NQ-44,64-ME132 out of our own stock, equipped with a 75mm hollow shaft with shrink disk. The complete transmission is supplied with an electrical brake in IP66 protection, which is mounted between the gearbox and electric motor (IP56). The gearbox is 100% filled with oil to avoid internal corrosion due to the fact that they are used very seldom and therefor equipped with an expansion tank. The entire driveline has been painted in our own paint shop and will be used on pulling winches for a boat ramp.
