Customized gearboxes for bogie drive system
At Aandrijf Technisch Buro, we recently delivered a series of eight customized bevel-helical gearboxes for use in a bogie drive system of a rail-mounted crane. Scope of supply
- 8x CKMS-127 bevel helical gearbox (4x left and 4x right)
- Ratio: i = 54.07
- Heavy-duty shrink disc for extreme high maximum torque
- Special hollow shaft with custom diameter and integrated bronze bushing, designed to match existing equipment during overhaul
- Housing blasted and coated with a durable 3-layer epoxy paint system
- Mounting surfaces for torque arm supplied in primer only, to protect against corrosion in outdoor environment
- Delivered complete with lockable ball valve for easy oil drain
- Each gearbox filled with 56 liters of oil, ready for operation
